Work visa sponsorship
For two of our open roles, we can sponsor an H-1B transfer, an H-1B through the yearly cap registration or an O-1 visa.
Roles we can sponsor
Ways we can sponsor you
Each route depends on your eligibility for it and on government approval.
H-1B transfer
If you hold an H-1B with another employer, we can file an H-1B petition for you at any time of year. You can usually start work with us once U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) receives the petition, before it is approved. If every H-1B you have held was with a university or another cap-exempt employer, you need the yearly cap registration instead.
H-1B cap registration
Your first H-1B with a company goes through a yearly cap registration, because these H-1Bs are capped each year. Each March, employers register the people they plan to hire, and USCIS selects enough registrations to fill the cap. We can register you only after we have offered you the role. If USCIS selects your registration, we file your petition. You can then start work as early as October 1 of that year.
O-1 visa
An O-1 visa is for people with extraordinary ability in their field. You show it with a strong record of recognition, such as prizes, published research or serving as a peer reviewer. The O-1 has no yearly cap or registration, and we can file at any time of year.
From F-1 OPT to an H-1B
If you are an F-1 student, you can start with us on Optional Practical Training (OPT) once USCIS approves it. We can then register you in the next March H-1B cap registration.
How to apply
Use the Apply Now button on the role's posting and upload your resume, the same way as everyone else.
If you will need sponsorship, add a line to your resume with your current work authorization, such as H-1B or F-1 OPT. Give the end date shown on its approval notice or work permit card, and tell us if your H-1B is cap-exempt.
Equal opportunity
ConductScience is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
