Nuclei Tracking

Track the nucleus when the cytoplasm is invisible.

Nuclei are one of the four object classes ConductVision Image tracks. With an H2B-GFP or Hoechst label and no cytoplasmic stain, the engine segments and links each nucleus frame by frame, giving you the same trajectory, division, and lineage readouts as whole-cell tracking, plus mitosis timing straight from the division tree.

What gets measured

Nuclei run through the same segment → link → lineage → analysis pipeline as cells, so every tracking table applies unchanged.

How It Works

1

Load video

Point a tracking protocol at a time-lapse of labeled nuclei.

2

Set nuclear diameter

Draw one average nucleus so the model calibrates to your imaging scale.

3

Track & link

AI detects each nucleus and links it across frames, flagging divisions.

4

Export

Download motion, lineage, temporal, and population tables as CSV.
