Response Accuracy
Correct responses as percentage of total trials
Five-choice serial reaction time task for attention and impulsivity.
Metrics automatically extracted by ConductVision.
Correct responses as percentage of total trials
Trials with no response indicating attention lapses
Time from stimulus to correct port entry
Port entries before stimulus onset — impulsivity index
Repeated responses to same port — compulsivity index
The Zebrafish 5-Choice system adapts the classic 5-CSRTT to a zebrafish model, assessing sustained attention, impulsivity, and cognitive flexibility. A light stimulus activates at one of five ports; the fish must respond by entering the correct port for a food reward.
ConductVision integrates with adjustable lighting and automated gate control across up to 48 apparatuses simultaneously, dramatically increasing throughput for large-scale genetic or pharmacological screens.
