A portable near-infrared analyzer that goes to the sample. Raw-material acceptance, seed screening and in-process inspection are decisions made at a loading dock or a field edge, and a result that arrives after the truck has left is not a decision at all.
Key features
- Small in size, can be taken to the field.
- Long lasting up to 24 hours under normal analysis.
- It can be analyzer connected to mobile via Bluetooth, user-friendly Mobile APP to operate.
- 10-second analysis of all types of samples.
- Modern technology and a wide range of available calibration.
Applications
Built for grain intake, seed screening and field production teams.
- raw material acquisition
- production inspection
- seed screening
- new production evaluation in the feed industry
- oil processing
- grain trade
Choosing the right configuration
Define the sample matrices, reported constituents, calibration models, sample presentation, and daily throughput before selecting the configuration. ConductScience reviews those requirements against the intended quality-control workflow.

What does this instrument measure, and who is it for?
It measures raw-material composition at the loading dock or the field edge, where the decision is made. It is built for grain intake, seed screening and field production teams. It returns a compositional result from an unprepared sample in under a minute, so it can sit at the point where material is accepted or rejected.
What measurement principle does it use?
Diffuse-reflectance near-infrared measurement, carried to the sample. A result that arrives after the truck has left is not a decision.
Which specifications are confirmed?
The specification table lists eleven confirmed ordering parameters for this instrument. Use them to compare the operating range, utilities, and analytical performance required by the method. They include Wavelength Range at 1000-1800 nm, Optical Bandwidth at 10.95 ± 0.3 nm @ 1395.5nm and Signal to Noise Ratio at >10000:1.
What should be confirmed before ordering?
Confirm the calibration model for your specific matrix, sample cup selection, and how results will be correlated against the reference method. These are configured and quoted per installation, so raise anything unusual about the site during quote review rather than after delivery.
What else is needed to run it?
A calibration model built for the matrix you actually run, and reference-method data to validate it against. The instrument is the easy part.
How is it supplied?
This instrument is configured and quoted per installation rather than sold at a list price. Request a quote and we will confirm the configuration, the site requirements and the lead time before anything is ordered.
