Before you ask

Do I need our radioactive materials license just to request a quote?

No. An initial inquiry does not require it. Your radiation safety officer is invited to review the exact proposed item after we find a viable supplier path.

Can my RSO review the exact proposed source?

Yes. The RSO sees the manufacturer-confirmed nuclide, form, activity with reference date, source model and receiving site before providing anything.

Can you source my isotope or replacement source?

Requests are reviewed one at a time for supplier and recipient fit. This page marks which categories are active today and which need a feasibility review.

Who ships, imports and receives the material?

Each party is named in the order documents for your specific order: shipper, carrier, customs broker, importer and receiving contact.

Is a research instrument import automatically duty-free?

No. Your institution and its customs broker decide whether any duty treatment applies. We do not promise a tariff outcome.

Can our purchasing office use a purchase order?

Yes, for eligible accepted orders. The quote lists the line items, assumptions, seller and validity your purchasing team needs.
