Custom software rates are in US dollars and are the same in every country. Extended Care is a ConductCare service plan for equipment you buy from us. Work on the software of equipment it covers costs 10% less.

Your written quote gives the price for your work and says whether it is fixed or an estimate. An estimate can change as we learn more about the work.
Once you accept a quote, its rates stay the same. The rates above took effect on November 6, 2026, and may change for later requests.

A ConductCare service plan covers email support, remote help and software updates for equipment you bought from us.

We set up workflows and settings in the software that runs your equipment, with no new code.
US price: $250 an hour, or $195 an hour with a ConductCare plan. See prices outside the US

From request to start of work
- Describe the work. Tell us what the software should do and who will use it.
- We review it. By email or on a short call, we tell you which service fits and ask you anything else we need to know.
- You get a written quote. It lists the scope, the price, the schedule and the test that shows the work is done.
- Work starts when you accept the quote. Reply in writing or send a purchase order. If the scope changes, you get a new written quote before that work starts.
