Optical Fractionator

Define your region of interest and sampling grid. The software systematically samples the volume to estimate total population without counting every cell.

Human-in-the-Loop AI

The AI suggests candidate cells inside the counting frame. Researchers accept or reject detections, allowing the system to learn the definition of a valid cell marker.

Live Coefficient of Error

CE updates live as new sampling sites are counted. Stop once statistical confidence reaches your desired threshold — know when to stop counting.

True 3D Counting

Scroll through Z-stacks using a virtual disector probe. Only nuclei entering the counting frame are counted, eliminating lost-cap bias.

Stereology Workflow

Vessel Reconstruction

ConductVision Vessel extracts 3D vascular graphs from confocal and light-sheet microscopy. Compatible with iDISCO, CLARITY, and expansion microscopy.

Blood vessels form anastomosis loops that standard neuron tracers cannot handle. ConductVision Vessel automatically detects and reconstructs closed vascular loops with diameter-aware tracking along the entire vessel path.

Spine Morphology

Automatic dendritic spine detection and classification from high-resolution confocal Z-stacks. ConductVision Spine measures spine head diameter, neck length, and spine density along dendritic segments.

Spine types (mushroom, thin, stubby, filopodia) are classified automatically with manual override capability for publication-quality data.
