Questions
- Do I need a credit card for the demo?
- No. The demo asks for your name, work email and institution, with no payment details.
- How does the 5-year license differ from the annual license?
- The annual license is billed once a year. The 5-year license is one payment that covers five years of updates.
- How many people does one license cover?
- One ConductVision tracking license covers one seat. ConductVision Image includes 5 seats. You can set the number of seats on the product page.
- How do I get the software?
- Your license key arrives by email after checkout. A USB license dongle ships where required.
- Do I need to buy a camera?
- Usually not. ConductVision works with most cameras, and it can track videos you have already recorded. Check that your computer meets the system requirements before you buy.
