Overview
It is a precise equipment used for conducting mechanical performance testing on various materials(such as metals, non-metals, composite materials, etc.). It can simulate various stress conditions including tension, compression, bending, shear, peeling, and tearing, and accurately measure key parameters such as force, displacement, deformation, stress, and strain during the material's stress process. It is widely applied in fields such as material research and development, quality inspection, industrial production, and scientific research experiments.
Key Features
- Real-time curve display: The system offers two display methods for curves: a convenient small curve interface display in the main interface, and a "single graph" large curve interface display.
- Real-time data display: The system can simultaneously display 4 types of data, namely force value, displacement, deformation, and speed.
- Overload emergency shutdown device, up and down travel limit device, automatic breakpoint shutdown function.
- Machine automation: The entire testing process, including measurement, display, and control, is automatically completed by the digital display system. The test results will be automatically archived upon completion.
