The Fully-automatic Kjeldahl Nitrogen Analyzer (BIO-0459) provides quantitative nitrogen determination using the classical Kjeldahl method with complete automation from digestion through titration. This benchtop system processes solid samples up to 6g and liquid samples up to 25mL, measuring nitrogen content from 0.1mg to 240mg with recovery rates ≥99.5% and repeatability ≤0.5%.
The integrated system combines automated distillation (3-8 minutes per sample), precise titration (1.0μL step resolution), and comprehensive safety monitoring including flow rate detection, liquid level alarms, and over-temperature protection. A 7-inch LCD display provides real-time operation status and data management for up to 1 million measurement groups, making it suitable for high-throughput analytical workflows requiring precise nitrogen quantification.
