Overview
Microwave vacuum dryers are primarily used for dehydrating agricultural and sideline products, health products, foods, medicinal materials, fruits and vegetables, chemical raw materials, and heat-sensitive wood. They are also suitable for low-temperature concentration, crystallization dehydration, and drying of enzyme preparations for chemical products; vacuum extraction of Chinese herbal medicines; and are ideal for use in laboratories at research institutions and universities.
Key Features
- It offers significant advantages in extending the shelf life of food.
- It effectively maintains the shape, color, nutritional content, and aroma of the material—important characteristics for health product production.
- Under vacuum conditions, the water evaporates at a low temperature, achieving low-temperature drying.
- It improves drying efficiency and product quality.
- It is faster and more efficient than traditional heating methods.
- PLC control panel can be optional.
