Typical install lead is 10 to 14 weeks for IVC systems with rack and cage washer. Buildouts with structural work or new HVAC tie-ins run longer. We pin a date in the quote and hold it; if slippage is unavoidable we flag it within 5 business days of finding out.

North America for full install and service. EU and APAC quotes available on request, with a local install partner attached to the quote. We will not quote regions where we cannot install well.

Yes. GSA Schedule pricing is applied automatically when your institution is recognized. Volume and multi-system pricing is reviewed on every quote over $250k. PO terms, Net 30 / Net 60 / Net 90, available.

Five-year warranty on IVC blowers and rack frames. Two-year warranty on cage washer mechanicals. Recertification cadence and parts inventory included in the quote. Service window covers parts, labor, and certification visits.

Our install team handles the equipment. Trade work (electrical, plumbing, HVAC tie-in) is partnered with a vetted local contractor in your region. The same install lead owns the project from quote to handoff regardless of partner involvement.

We map your housing spec to AAALAC accreditation language and USDA Animal Welfare Act class. IACUC protocol compatibility is checked before the quote ships. Certification handoff to your facility manager is part of the install.

Most rooms are retrofit-eligible. We send a workflow engineer to survey before quoting if your room has unusual constraints (ceiling height, dock access, existing rack inventory). Survey cost is folded into the quote on signed projects.
