ConductVision Organoid Monitor
Organoid models, monitored 24/7
Each organoid model has its own page, with what a pilot records around the clock, what needs a microscope, and the published evidence.

Kassis et al. 2019 · Fig. 1g, cropped · CC BY 4.0 Intestinal and colorectal organoids
Growth, buds and lumens for each organoid, including lumens swelling after a treatment.

Yu et al. 2025 · Fig. 1B, cropped, resized · CC BY 4.0 Tumor organoids
Organoid count per well, growth and regrowth for each organoid, and how responses differ within each well.

Shamshirgaran et al. 2021 · Fig. 4B, cropped, enlarged · CC BY 4.0 Kidney organoids
Size and shape of each organoid, and its visible cysts as they form, swell and fuse.

Ivanov et al. 2014 · Fig. 6A, cropped, resized · CC BY 4.0 Spheroids and other 3D cultures
Diameter, volume and shape of each spheroid, neurosphere or other cell aggregate, and invasion into a gel.
Every model page
The same record on every model page
Each model page opens with the measures a pilot records for every organoid: area, growth rate, shape, movement, fusion, fragmentation and structural collapse. The measures of that model come next, such as cysts in kidney organoids.
For other organoid models, a pilot records the shared measures and checks which others your images support.
