ConductScience Enterprise
Precision AI for labs, manufacturing plants and farms
Our software turns your camera footage and records into measurements, and our scientists set it up on site with your team.

How a pilot runs
Scientists on your site
The scientists who build the software walk your floor, connect your cameras and run the pilot with your team.
Walk the floor
Room by room, we mark which steps in each SOP a camera can see.
Set acceptance criteria
Your team sets the acceptance criteria before any results come in.
Test on your footage
We train the model on video from some days and test it on video from other days.
Run a live trial
The system runs for five working days alongside your usual checks, and your reviewers assess every flag.
Decide
Your team reads the report against its acceptance criteria and decides to scale, change or stop.
How we measure accuracy
| Real event | No event | |
|---|---|---|
| Camera flagged | Confirmed | False alert |
| Not flagged | Missed | Correctly not flagged |
- Sensitivity
- The share of real events the camera flagged.
- Specificity
- The share of actions with no event that the camera did not flag.
- Positive predictive value
- The share of flags your reviewers confirm.
Your reviewers find missed events by watching a random sample of footage the camera did not flag.
Where it runs
Full recordings stay on your site
In every setup, detection runs on a computer at your site, so full recordings never leave your network.
01
Laptops on site
Each reviewer's laptop runs detection on recorded video, which suits a first test on past footage.

02
A server on your network
For a rollout, a GPU server that you own runs detection beside your video system, and laptops receive only the results.

Browser review in our private cloud
During a rollout, the same server can also send results and short event clips to a private Azure environment we run. Your team signs in with Microsoft to review them.

- Browser
The on-site server opens every connection itself, so you do not need to open any inbound firewall ports.

Security
Ready for your security review
- Your staff sign in with their Microsoft or Google work accounts.
- Our hosted products run in United States data centers.
- We provide written answers to your security questionnaire.
Buying
How buying works
- Each pilot is a paid engagement, quoted on its own purchase order, with no commitment to a rollout.
- A rollout is covered by a master agreement, a statement of work and a data processing agreement.
- We complete your supplier forms and send our W-9 and certificate of insurance.
- Qualifying institutions pay on Net 30 terms.
About the architecture
How the client portal is built
During a rollout, your team uses a private client portal to track the plan and deliverables and to open signed agreements, invoices and meeting notes.
- Signing in takes a ConductScience password and a code from an authenticator app. The portal does not offer Microsoft or Google sign-in.
- On your side, only the people your company names can open your project. We remove anyone you ask us to.
- No client company can see another client's project.
- The portal stores no copy of your project and reads it from our records system each time someone opens it.
- The portal runs no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
The portal demo shows a fictional client and needs no sign-in.
