Overview
The FK600-T4 is a four-channel peristaltic liquid filling system built for precision, high-throughput dispensing in laboratory and industrial settings. Four independent filling units are housed in a 304 stainless steel frame driven by a 7-inch industrial color touchscreen. Each channel runs its own programmable volume, speed, and timing profile, and the modular design scales to 32 total channels for production-line deployments.
Key Features
- Four independent channels — individual volume, speed, and timing per channel
- Wide dispensing range — 0.01 mL to 9,999.99 mL per cycle with 0.01 mL resolution
- 7-inch industrial color touchscreen — animated fill-status view with real-time channel data
- Channel enable/disable — activate or deactivate individual channels per run
- Adjustable anti-drip — 0–360° reverse-rotation backflow eliminates post-fill drips
- On-board volume calibration — correction function compensates for tubing wear and viscosity changes
- Expandable to 32 channels — add dispensing unit groups sharing a single controller
- External trigger input — switch-signal support for PLC or automated line integration
- Three pump head options — YZ1515, YZ2515, and DMD15 to match flow and precision needs
- 304 stainless steel construction — chemical-resistant and easy to sanitize
Applications
Pharmaceutical dispensing, reagent aliquoting, chemical filling, cosmetics production, food and beverage QC, clinical sample preparation, and serial dilution workflows. Suited to any multi-channel application requiring repeatable, programmable liquid volumes from micro-scale to bulk.

Pump Head & Tubing Compatibility
Three pump head types are supported, optimized for different flow rates and precision requirements. All heads are hot-swap compatible. Tubing material (silicone, Pharmed BPT, Tygon) can be selected based on chemical compatibility needs. Precision across all configurations: <±2%.
YZ1515 — General-Purpose Easy-Load
3-roller or 6-roller configuration. Broadest tubing range: 0.8–7.9 mm ID. 6-roller reduces pulsation; 3-roller maximises flow.
| Tubing # | ID (mm) | 3-Roller max (mL/min) | 6-Roller max (mL/min) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 13# | 0.8 | 38 | 30 |
| 14# | 1.6 | 150 | 90 |
| 19# | 2.4 | 250 | 180 |
| 16# | 3.2 | 460 | 300 |
| 25# | 4.8 | 960 | 700 |
| 17# | 6.4 | 1,600 | 1,050 |
| 18# | 7.9 | 2,280 | 1,250 |
YZ2515 — High-Flow Easy-Load
3-roller. Optimised for large-bore tubing (4.8–6.4 mm ID). Quick-release mechanism for fast changeovers.
| Tubing # | ID (mm) | 3-Roller max (mL/min) |
|---|---|---|
| 15# | 4.8 | 960 |
| 24# | 6.4 | 1,600 |
DMD15 — Low-Pulsation Precision
Dual-tube (2×) phase-compensation design. Significantly reduced pulsation for precision micro-volume work. Shell: reinforced nylon + 304 SS rollers. Max combined flow: ≤2,027 mL/min.
| Tubing Config | Per-Tube ID (mm) | Application |
|---|---|---|
| 2× 13# | 0.8 | Ultra-low flow, micro-volume |
| 2× 14# | 1.6 | Small-volume precision |
| 2× 19# | 2.4 | Low-to-mid volume precision |
| 2× 16# | 3.2 | Mid-volume, low pulsation |
| 2× 25# | 4.8 | Higher volume, low pulsation |
What is the minimum dispensing volume?
The system supports volumes down to 0.01 mL (10 μL) at 0.01 mL resolution. For highest accuracy at micro-volumes, the DMD15 low-pulsation head is recommended.
Can each channel be programmed independently?
Yes. Each of the four channels has its own volume, speed, filling time, interval time, and cycle count settings. Individual channels can also be enabled or disabled without interrupting the remaining active channels.
How many channels can the system expand to?
The base FK600-T4 supports 4 channels. Additional dispensing unit groups connect to the same controller, expanding the system to a maximum of 32 channels managed from one touchscreen interface.
Which pump head is best for pharmaceutical precision filling?
The DMD15 head, with its dual-tube phase-compensation design, delivers the lowest pulsation and highest precision for small-volume work. For larger volumes, the YZ1515 6-roller configuration also reduces pulsation relative to the 3-roller version.
Can the system be integrated into an automated production line?
Yes. The FK600-T4 accepts a switch-signal (digital I/O) external trigger, enabling start/stop control from a PLC, conveyor controller, or automated filling line.
