The Customized Manifolds Vacuum Filtration System is a bespoke multi-port filtration platform engineered for parallel processing of multiple samples simultaneously. Built entirely from 316L stainless steel and PTFE-sealed components, the system withstands aggressive solvents and sterilization cycles. Each filtration port features an independent PTFE stopcock for precise flow control, with vacuum applied via a central manifold connected to a laboratory vacuum source.
Available in 3, 6, 12, and 24-port configurations. Custom port spacing, membrane holder diameter, and receiver flask volumes can be specified at order. Applications include microbiological water quality testing, environmental sampling, and sterile pharmaceutical filtration per USP and EP guidelines.
