The ConductScience VTS-30 Vaccine Transport System is a purpose-built,
battery-powered portable medical refrigerator/freezer designed for the transport and temporary
storage of vaccines, biologics, and temperature-sensitive medical products.
The VTS-30 integrates a compressor-based dual-mode cooling chassis, a 24V 150Ah LiFePO4
battery module, and an NIST-calibrated digital data logger into a single portable unit —
delivering autonomous cold chain capability for field deployment, emergency response, and
stockpile distribution.

Is the VTS-30 TAA compliant?
Yes. The VTS-30 is Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant. Substantial transformation is performed in the United States, and country of origin documentation is included with each unit.
What temperature ranges does the VTS-30 support?
The VTS-30 operates in two modes: Refrigerator mode (2-8 degrees C, programmable setpoint) and Freezer mode (-30 to -10 degrees C, default setpoint -20 degrees C). Temperature accuracy is within +/-0.5 degrees C across all ranges.
How long does the battery last on a full charge?
In refrigeration mode (2-8C), the integrated 24V LiFePO4 battery provides 60+ hours of runtime. In freezer mode (-20C setpoint), runtime is 12+ hours. Supporting documentation is available upon request.
Does the data logger have an exterior display?
Yes. The integrated DDL-51 data logger features a built-in LCD panel showing real-time temperature, max/min extremes, temperature history, cumulative excursion duration, and an Ok/Alarm status indicator -- all visible without opening the unit.
Is NIST-traceable calibration included with each unit?
Yes. Every VTS-30 ships with an individual 5-point NIST-traceable calibration certificate from an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited (A2LA) laboratory. Calibration is performed within 30 days prior to each delivery at points: +30C, +20C, +5C, -20C, -30C (within +/-0.5C tolerance).
Is the VTS-30 compliant with CDC/VFC cold chain guidelines?
Yes. The VTS-30 is designed to comply with CDC and VFC (Vaccines for Children) cold chain guidelines for the transport and temporary storage of vaccines and biologics.
