The W2000 Plus Chemiluminescence Imaging System is designed exclusively for ECL-based Western blot detection. Its deep-cooled monochrome camera operates at −40°C relative to ambient, reducing dark current to 0.0003 e⁻/s/pixel and enabling detection of faint chemiluminescent signals that would otherwise require film. The time-lapse acquisition engine records the full exposure timeline in a single run: strong bands are retrieved by scrolling back in the time axis; weak bands are captured by extending exposure forward without restarting the experiment. Up to 10 membranes can be imaged simultaneously without repositioning, and intelligent auto-exposure selects optimal exposure time and binning automatically.
