The Microdroplet Mass Production Module brings droplet generation, collection and analysis together on one microfluidic chip. Each chip has four serpentine flow-focusing channels, and up to six modules run in parallel (24 droplet-forming channels). A droplet collection jacket, which also holds the chip, routes droplets into a large reservoir or into parallel tubes for downstream steps.
