ConductVision Signal Sync

EEG + EMG + Behavior, aligned in one view

EEG EMG behavior synchronization brings physiology and behavior together on a shared timebase. ConductVision Signal Sync allows labs to align EEG, EMG, video, and behavioral data in a single synchronized workspace.

Built to work with the systems labs already use

Most labs already have EEG/EMG acquisition in place. Signal Sync plugs into your existing workflow by reading standard exports, so you add behavioral context without changing hardware or vendor software.

What Signal Sync enables

Signal Sync is designed for EEG EMG behavior synchronization across sleep, seizure, and state-based neuroscience workflows.

Import

Load multi-channel EEG and EMG from vendor exports (EDF, CSV, ASCII and similar formats).

Align

Match signals to video, tracking, and task timing so everything shares one timeline.

Analyze

Review sleep, seizure, and state metrics alongside behavior with event-aware summaries.

From export to insight in three steps

Export Physiology

With your tools (EDF/CSV/ASCII)

Load Behavior

With ConductVision tracking (or compatible sources)

FAQs

What export formats are supported?

Signal Sync supports common, vendor-standard exports, including EDF, CSV, and ASCII/text-based formats. If your system can export timing plus channel data (EEG/EMG), we can typically ingest it. For some vendors, additional exports (event markers, stage labels, annotations) can also be imported when included.

Do I need to change my acquisition setup?

No. Signal Sync is designed to work with the equipment and acquisition software you already use. Your workflow stays the same record as usual, export to a supported format, then load it into ConductVision to align physiology with behavior and video.

Can you align long recordings (overnight / multi-hour)?

Yes. Signal Sync is built to preserve timing across multi-hour and overnight sessions, as long as the export includes stable timestamps/sample timing. This makes it suitable for sleep, seizure monitoring, and long baseline recordings where accurate alignment matters.

Can I use external cameras or third-party video?

Yes. You can sync physiology to ConductVision video or external video sources when timing information is available (for example, timestamps, trigger markers, or a known start offset). If you already record video in parallel with EEG/EMG, we can align it to the same timeline for unified review.

Can I export aligned datasets for modeling and statistics?

Yes. You can export aligned tables (e.g., CSV) that place EEG/EMG features, event tags, and behavioral epochs on the same timebase. This supports downstream workflows like group comparisons, spectral analyses, state-based statistics, and modeling pipelines.
