Episode Description
This week on The Conduct Science Podcast, Mitch and Tom laugh in the face of danger. Yes, this week is all about fear! What exactly is fear in the first place and why do we need to experience it? The fight or flight response is a well-known mechanism but what actually happens to our body and what if we overreact? The boys discuss what life is like for people who have no fear response, how to overcome and handle fears, whether your fear is factual or fictional as well as recognize that stress is just a fear response. Tune in this week and let us know about your experiences with fear!
