As an Engineer Intern, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and QA engineering for our hardware mazes. Working closely with our full-time Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience in project development and have the chance to present your work at the end of the semester. You will also be responsible for handling customer calls, creating documentation for error troubleshooting, and solving issues in our ConductMaze software. Additionally, you will collaborate with our engineer to update and modify our core code base to ensure optimal functionality.

We are looking for someone to assist with troubleshooting and QA engineering for the hardware mazes that we sell to clients. This internship position offers opportunities for full-time employment in the future.

You will be part of an engineering project in conjunction with our engineering staff.

You will present your project at the end of the semester.

Assist in handling customer calls to understand the errors and functional issues.

Create a documentation base for errors and troubleshooting for future customers who may face similar problems.

Solve customer issues in our ConductMaze software and work with our engineer to update/modify our core code base to fix issues if needed.

Have significant experience in C++ language.

Reside within or near the Skokie, IL area.

Possess the necessary technical qualifications for the job.

Demonstrate a strong work ethic, delivering tasks in a timely and responsible manner.

Be an independent learner, keeping up-to-date with the latest best practices in your field.
