The AIMS2 survey is a self-administered survey for assessing a wide range of rheumatologic diseases. The ConductScience Digital Health AIMS2 survey helps you administer the survey on a mobile device, and comes with an optional onboarding module as well as easy analytics to fit your need.
The AIMS survey surveys mobility, physical activity as measured by walking, bending, and lifting, dexterity, ADLs including management of money, medications, and housekeeping, social activities, pain, depression, and anxiety as well.
